We are currently working on our final designs with our architect White Design Associates and we will be building the houses from timber and straw using the ModCell system. The designs on this page willl give you some idea of how the scheme will look.

In total there will be six 1-bed, six 2-bed, six 3-bed and two 4-bed houses. These will be based around a shared common house which residents and the wider community will use as a focal point.
