Designs

The ultimate design of the neighbourhood will be determined be the nature of the site we acquire. But in general we will build two large terraces, each comprising 10 homes.

In total there will be six 1-bed, six 2-bed, five 3-bed and three 4-bed houses. These will be based around a shared co-house which residents and the wider community will use as a focal point.

Below are some ideas of what we would like to achieve.
