Lilac has one three bed and one four bed house available. For those interested in joining and becoming a member of Lilac Mutual Home Ownership Society, it’s a great option which can suit a variety of situations.
These could include:
- A whole family
- A group of friends who want to all join the Co-operative and take on a lease for a house together (this could work out quite cheap as you would split the minimum income needed to live in the property between a number of people – see our affordability page for the minimum incomes needed)
- Two couples who can’t afford a house on their own but would be happy to share and reduce their cost burden.
We are open for other proposals about how people want to live in these houses. But remember all residents have to apply and be accepted as members of the Society, meet a minimum income limit and take part in the democratic running of the Society. Please note lodgers and subletting is not permitted. There may be an option for flexible deposit terms. Email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
